What is Light Heat Energy (LHE)
Light Heat Energy or LHE is the latest patented light-based skin care system available. Developed in 1998, it represents cutting edge technology, is an advance over laser and IPL and is now a global leader in its field.
LHE technology is an innovative and adaptable technology that both optimizes pulse duration and effectively combines the healing power of Light and Heat. Using LHE, Radiancy's SkinStation solutions are more efficient, safer and more cost effective than any similar photo therapy device. The effective combination of light and heat results in better harnessing of energy, and since all the energy emitted from our light source is used, unlike laser or IPL – which filters out the heat – we are able to use lower energy levels or fluencies.

Radiancy’s SpaTouch – powered by LHE – was granted a PDU (Physician Directed Use) clearance by the FDA in the USA, making it the first ever professional light-based system to be cleared for in-home use.
